Return Policy:
All items are created with care & are described as accurately as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Return requests made after 30 days are eligible for exchange only. Returned items must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure they are insured and tracked during delivery- unfortunately, The Midnight Deer Ltd cannot cover return delivery costs. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received to be refunded, and will be refunded via the original method of payment. Please note, earrings, unless faulty, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Items considered faulty will unfortunately not eligible for exchange 6 months after purchase - whilst all items are made with care, they must also be handled with care to ensure long durability. If you believe an item purchased within 6 months is faulty, please email themidnightdeer@hotmail.com so an exchange or repair can be organised. Again, as The Midnight Deer is a small business, shipping costs cannot be covered.
Ordering Info:
The Midnight Deer Ltd will only use the information you provide during ordering ie: your name, address & email address, lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
Your information is not passed onto any Third Parties & you will not be contacted again by The Midnight Deer Ltd unless it is in relation to your order.
All orders are processed via Paypal, meaning your payment details (bank account / credit card details) are kept confidential. The Midnight Deer Ltd does not have access to this information at any point.
Shipping:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (within the U.K) and Royal Mail Airsure (outside of the U.K) Both of these services supply a tracking number for your package, which will be added to your order details once the package is in transit.
Your item will require a signature on arrival or the postman will take it to your local Post Office Depot for you to collect. Items which are not collected will be returned to The Midnight Deer Ltd, unfortunately we cannot cover the cost to have your item resent & a redelivery charge will need to be applied (you will be requested to confirm this via Paypal, we will not resend and cannot recharge for delivery without your consent.)
